Vacuum Cleaner Market offers a generous 30 day money back guarantee. Customer must return purchased item in original packaging accompanied with invoice #, and within 30 days of your purchase date. Please follow the steps below but please first read the following conditions that apply:
- Special Order parts are non returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned. Items will be shipped back to the customer if these items are returned, and no credit or refunds are offered for special order parts.
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded (only applies to orders under $25).
- No restocking fee.
- Return shipping will be paid for by customer unless error was made by Vacuum Cleaner Market (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by Vacuum Cleaner Market.
- Products must be accompanied with all original packing, tags, remotes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with item purchase.
- Vacuum Cleaner Market assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.
- Vacuum Cleaner Market reserves the right to take up to 30 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.
- If item shows excessive wear and tear, or has smoke damage, the customer will be charged for these repairs. Vacuum Cleaner Market will deduct from return purchase amount a $75 cleaning fee for products showing excessive wear and tear, and a $100 cleaning fee for products with smoke damage. Vacuum Cleaner Market will email the customer upon receipt of the damaged item to let the customer know what charges will be held from their return. Email will be sent to the customer email used upon purchase.
- Vacuum Cleaner Market price matches any authorized dealer, with proof of lower price. Customer must provide a live website link to lower price, screenshot, or active coupon code. Vacuum Cleaner Market will not price match Miele parts, or special order parts.
- Price match items are not eligible for returns, and are final sale. If you were price matched for an item, this voids any return policy stated on our site for that brand / item, and your item is final sale.
- This does not account for shipping damage, or items that arrive defective. If an item arrives damaged or defective: please call, email, or live chat Vacuum Cleaner Market, with your order number, and pictures of the damage, or a description of the item defect. Vacuum Cleaner Market will help troubleshoot, and if unable to fix the issue, will replace, and cover the cost of return shipping. This will be within the stated timeframe of returns. For reference: For Miele items: the return window is 60 days from date of purchase. For all other brands on our site: the return window is 30 days from date of purchase. The customer has the specified amount of time for the brand they purchased to initiate a return, or inform Vacuum Cleaner Market of item defects. Any issues reported outside this return window, will not be accepted by Vacuum Cleaner Market.
- Price Match Items are still required to be returned with all items originally mailed to the customer, re-packaged in original manufacturer packaging, and in the shipping materials sent to the customer. All manuals, accessories, and any other items included with the original purchase must be returned to Vacuum Cleaner Market. Vacuum Cleaner Market will charge for any items not returned, at the retail sale price.
Miele Customer Confidence Vacuum Return Policy
We offer a special return policy for customers purchasing a Miele vacuum. This is part of our Miele Confidence Guarantee policy. The customer is still responsible for boxing up the vacuum and any additional items, and returning to the shipping carrier specified on the pre-paid return label sent from Vacuum Cleaner Market. All accessories, and original packaging needs to be included with your return.
- Returns are accepted for Miele vacuum items up to 60 days from date of purchase. Vacuums returns must be in original Miele shipping box.
- No restocking fee.
- We provide a pre-paid return label for the vacuum cleaner, but customer is responsible for returning item to shipping carrier of Vacuum Cleaner Market's specification.
- We refund 100% of the purchase price (assuming all items are present, damage free)
- Any promotional items must be returned with the vacuum cleaner.
- Vacuum returns must be in working order, free from smoke, and excessive wear and tear.
- A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to any models returned with smoke damage or smell. A $75 cleaning fee will be applied to any models with excessive wear and tear. This fee will be taken from the return purchase price of the order. This cleaning fee is non-refundable and is non-negotiable. An email will be sent to the customer upon receipt of the unit explaining any fees.
- If a vacuum is returned without accessories, parts, or items that the model came with, or original shipping materials/boxes, the price of these items will be deducted from the return amount at retail price for each missing item.
Steps for Return / Exchange
1. Mark your packing slip with the reason for return / exchange.
2. Make sure your package is accompanied with your order #. Please do not write or sticker directly on original packaging.
3. Include all items included in the original packaging as well as accessories received in addition to.
